The notion of providing a specialist, honest and partnership based recruitment service has shaped everything we have done ever since. At Caerusa Consulting we work to a stringent quality management system as well as signing up to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) code of ethics.

Accreditations and Affiliations

REC
As members of the REC we are continually informed of any changes in employment law and practice. This service is invaluable with so many changes seen within our industry over the last 10 years. Changes in the Working Time Directive and IR35, the Proper Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and a host of other legislation that affects the recruitment industry. Our REC membership helps us keep our clients and candidates abreast of the relevant industry legislation protecting all parties from ever changing legislation and letting you concentrate on your core business.
